Former Baathist Ibrahim Izzat al-Douri has emerged from hiding and is working alongside ISIS against the central government in Iraq.

An extremist Al Qaeda offshoot is far from the only anti-government group sewing chaos in Iraq.
The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIS) wrested control of Mosul, Iraq's second largest city, from the Iraqi government last week. ISIS, which was actually kicked out of Al Qaeda's global network in February, was quick to claim that their success against an overwhelmingly larger force was proof of God's favor.
In actuality, ISIS managed to achieve their blitz across Iraq by forming an unlikely coalition with upwards of 41 different armed Sunni groups throughout the country. Though ideologically diverse, the groups had all grown tired of Baghdad's preferential treatment of the Shia majority in the country.
Among the more noteworthy of the parties aligned with ISIS is the Army of the Men of the Naqshbandi Order.
The Naqshbandis, located primarily in Mosul, were formed in 2007 by former members of Saddam Hussein's Baath party. Izzat Ibrahim al-Douri, Saddam's former deputy and the head of the Baath party following Saddam's execution in 2007, is in charge of the group.
Douri has been in hiding since the U.S. invasion of Iraq, and he managed to evade capture despite a $10 million bounty for his capture or death. Douri was the king of spades in decks of playing cards distributed to U.S. soldiers during the American invasion of Iraq in 2003.
Today, Douri is openly directing operations of the Naqshbandis in Mosul.

This is why:
1.) ISIS/ISIL member are masked or thier indentures are carefully pixelated. The group includes people from the former Bathist party the locals hate, whether they themselves are Sunni or Shiite.
2.). The death squads are so efficient, these were formulated by locals, former Bathist party members or thier sons.
Who the heck is giving the name ISIS or ISIL anyway?
I’ve been wondering about the choice of the acronym “ISIS”. The goddess “Isis” is a very well known early pagen goddess worshiped in ancient history, maybe 1,500 year before the advent of Islam in 600 AD. Now we know that Islamic clerics are constantly trying to give Islam more historic standing -like Judaism or Christianity. Mohammed himself salvage the Kaaba stone, a pagen idol (a black meteorite), to consolidate his rule -which (yes) is idolatry commited by Mohammed himself. So, would an Islamic group formulate a name that coincidentally is the name of a pagen goddess? If so, why? Are they actually idolators or seeking historic/ancient standing or mocking Islam or just stupid?
ISIS is a direct offshoot of Zarqawi’s group, the same bunch that made the Nick Berg video then cut off his head.
Osama bin Laden took Zarqawi to the woodshed for cutting off Nick Bergs head and ruining the propaganda value of the video.
Nick Berg’s father was a member of International ANSWER, which is one of Hillary’s front groups, and he made the comment the terrorist had just killed their best friend.
The Nick Berg video, minus the head chopping, was made as part of the orchestrated outrage over abu Grahab(SP?) prison which the dems tried to compare to “the plight of the black man in Americas prison”.
Hillary’s front group International ANSWER(Act Now to Stop War and End Racism) collaborated with the terrorist to make the video to use against Bush in the 2004 election.
Not only was it supposed to gin up claims of Republican Racism because of the number of blacks in prison but it also was used to gin up the “uprising” in Iraq because of the outrage over abu Grahab prison.
Hillary and our little dem friends have collaborated with this bunch before to orchestrate an uprising in Iraq.
Just curious, where are you getting this news about Hillary and her group from?
During the Clinton years International ANSWER, Refuse and Resist, and all the other so called anti racist groups were mouthpieces for the Clintons.
It hasn’t changed.
Hillary was supposed to run for president in 2004 but her dirty tricks campaign got derailed by Charles Barron in August of 2002 when he let it be known race riots were being planned and from his comment he tied it to Hillary.
Hillary went into plan B.
She had her name listed in each state as if she was running but she never announced or campaigned.
Apparently JF’nK was supposed to be bumped out and Hillary was going to take his place at the last minute.
You might recall there was all the court cases with dems replacing people that were running with someone else and courts ruling you couldn’t keep one of the main political
parties off the ballot.
With abu Grahab(SP?) prison they tried to make a comparison to the R King case and it was once again it was Charles Barron that said abu Grahab(SP?) or the video not sure which, symbolized the plight of the black man in Americas prisons.
Once again Hillary was attempting to orchestrate civil unrest/race riots to get her skanky self into the WH like was done for her husband in 1992.
The Nick Berg video, symbolizing abu Grahab(SP?), was made before CBS came out with the story.
Someone had to be in touch with the terrorist and coordinate the making and release of the video.
One of the few Senators that had the info on abu Grahab(SP?) was Hillary Clinton.
Everything about the Nick Berg video points to Hillary and International ANSWER because it was tied to RACISM in this country.
Sounds like a bunch of BS. Sorry.
