I remember a former second level manager of mine gave me an example of how people can see things differently and it doesn’t mean someone has to be wrong.
To be clear, I was working with a couple of women that were the most opinionated - and wrong about it - people I ever met. I tried to politely push back and they complained two levels up that I had to “always be right”. It was actually pretty comical in the end, but that is another story. And FWIW, one of my forte’s in the cubicle farm is that I get along with everybody.
That clarification aside...
He asked me what I’d do if I was walking down the street and saw a snake on the sidewalk. I said, “I dunno, Maybe walk around it.” He added “or if it seemed poisonous, maybe call animal control?” I said that I agreed.
He then said, ok, what if another person sees it and they see a rope? What would they do? I said, “I dunno. Maybe pick it up and throw it in the trash.”
He said, “Do you see how two people can see the same thing but see it differently?” I said, “Yeah, but if it is a rattle snake the guy that thinks it’s a rope is gonna get bitten.”
He didn’t know how to respond.
This is what arguing with liberals is like on the internet, except the annonymity allows them to easily respond with their MO - Ad hominem.

Don’t forget every argument has to include why the problem was caused by “W-Booooosh!”
