I would like to see the other States chip in and help with the costs.It would be nice, but heaven forbid the funds would probably get caught up in the 'commerce clause' trap and give the feds an excuse to intervene.

You’re probably right. Still, as a border State, I’d like to see at least some cooperation from my Governor, we all will benefit from Texas’ actions.
