French Jews leave for Israel in increasing numbers

Increasing numbers of French Jews are leaving for Israel, citing dim economic prospects and a sense of being caught between an increasingly influential far right and militant Islam. More than 5,000 are on track to leave this year, the most since after the Six-Day War in 1967.

Israel, seeing the influx as a success, is doubling down on its efforts to attract Europeans, planning to dedicate $29 million over two years to bring in new immigrants.

France has the world’s third-largest Jewish population after Israel and the United States—about 500,000, according to rough estimates in a country that has outlawed any official documentation of a person’s religion since the Holocaust. …

Fools. France isn't "suffering" a TEA Party explosion. As usual, the left is on the march. How conveniently they "forget" that the Nazis were the National Socialists and were allied with the Muslims in the final solution. Even a cursory look at the French political scene shows this statement to be utter nonsense.

Do European Jews vote Socialist like American Jews?

If so, they should be forced to stay and enjoy the outcome of their policies

One can only vote socialist in France, no matter what.

It is a small number emigrating, but may explode into large numbers. I expect it will.

I wish 500,000 educated Jews would move to the US. We could use some smart people here.

But, for Israel’s sake I celebrate that any number of their brethren are going home.

Praise God for these people.

Increasing numbers of French Jews are leaving for Israel, citing dim economic prospects and a sense of being buried by both an increasingly influential far left and militant Islam.

Fixed it.

The only axis power to not be conquered. Mainly because all they had at the time was sand.

You realize that about 70-80% of these "educated" Jews will vote Democrat. In 2008 Obama got approximately 80% of the Jewish vote. Once you get beyond immediate survival which sometimes forces Jews to vote conservative (Likud for example), Jewish populations tend to vote either left or even further left and that isn't going to change.

Let them go to Israel, we don't need anymore Democrat supporting minority groups coming in and ruining the USA. Oh and not only do Jews overwhelmingly vote liberal Democrat, they also funnel huge money into leftist campaigns and organizations. It's one reason Republicans had tried to woo this voting block, but it will never work. Jews are historically leftist for multiple reasons.

Hey, you may be right, but I view these people not as a voting block but as productive doers and not takers, and you never know, we could convert a few to be as sane in their politics as they are in their businesses.

Or not.

I admire them all. Tremendously so. Whatever their politics they are good neighbors, and they will step up to a need and say how can I help?

I guess I wish them well wherever they go.

Always.

Didn’t Revelations say something about the Jews returning to Israel?

You won't convert many. Jews vote left - especially secular Jews of which there are many. Period. The only time they don't seems to be in Israel when they fear their existence is at stake. Jews work hard, raise their children well, etc, etc, but they have this ingrained idea that they need to vote for big government to protect them.

I guess I wish them well wherever they go

I wish them the very best of luck, I just don't want them voting here.

I can say the same about all those hard working Hispanic laborers whom become citizens. Very hard working folks, probably work harder in a day than I do in a week. I still don't want them voting here because I know 75% of them will cast a ballot for the Democrat.

You may be right. I think the God they ignore has different plans than the secular Jews.

They may not like God’s plan but that’s like cursing the rain because you want to sunbathe. Curse all one likes and it will be as it is.

I think Jews will increasingly emigrate—maybe even a flood of 100s of thousands, maybe millions.

These are smart people, they may be blinded by their secular upbringing but even the blind finally figure out the difference between a warm rain and someone urinating in their face. They may have to gargle a lot of urine but eventually they’ll say, hey! this Left wing crap is not working, we need to re-think all of this.

Or not.

I’ll trust to God to be in charge of their issues.

Right now, as far as I can tell, God is already judging us.

Who could have imagined that the second time the American people had the opportunity to put someone in office as president, the choice would be between a mormon and a homosexual muslim usurper.

Really? That’s our choice?

And what happened? They chose the muslim homosexual usurper, although I am fairly certain that voter fraud carried him over the line, again.

Massive voter fraud, coupled with massive amounts of illegal campaign money from foreign and domestic sources.

Here is the dirty little secret, the debt, the unfunded liabilities, cannot ever be paid off, even with triple digit growth in the economy for the next thousand years.

The Republicans know this and so do the rats, and they are both culpable in getting us here.

All we can do is slow the vehicle called America down from Mach three to Mach two, it will still hit the wall.

So, I vote. I understand how little a difference it really makes but I just don’t like to see the worst of the two bastard parties win.

That’s all. Let some of the rats and rinos apply for unemployment. Cantor is leaving with an estimated 14 million dollar personal fortune. Really? On a congressman’s pay? He tucked away a million dollars a year?

So, I’ll pray to my Father in Heaven and ask that however or whenever I leave this world it will be to spend eternity with Him. The rest is just how much discomfort and worry one can endure in the interim.
