Texas really should increase the price of oil and gas to the north and the east and west coasts to reimburse this cost to our state. Call it the “Squatters Tax” that states who think squatters ought to be here can pay.

How are they going to keep the Feds from busing them in and dropping them off in Texas?

Obama is petty enough and he’ll make sure Texas suffers for their disobedience.

Texas has always been tolerant of Mexicans swimming across the Rio Grande to get here, we named them wetbacks. I have stood on the river bank and watched them come across myself, but enough is enough. It has gotten out of control and it must be stopped. Whatever we have to do to stop it we need to do.

One problem.

I saw Dewhurst on FOX this morning saying that they are required by law to turn the border crossers over to ICE and the Border control. The illegals have been running into the arms of border control as it is.

Intentional or not, this will end up facilitating the illegal crossings.

Texas should withold any and all remittance to the federal government, and use the funds to shore up their southern border. When the feds protest, tell them that they failed to provide services that were paid for, therefore no more tax revenue, or any revenue for that matter, from Texas.

I would say its about damn time...But this is only 3 “lawmakers” that just happens to be out of session...

Until they get these legislators back into Austin, and not wait for November to decide who is going to come back in January...
