There is more than enough information floating around the public domain that a fantasy TV lawyer could prosecute and win A dog catcher could prosecute and win.

There is only one question that matters outside the obvious. That question is that with being true, why conservatives have allowed the only people with the power to do anything about it, to jump from one covering excuse to another delay, to flatly ignoring it.

THAT is the question. Because until it is dealt with and the people with the power to prosecute get ta’ skippin, this is just going down the memory hole as planned.

Perhaps we can prosecute THEM for dereliction.

THAT is the question.

The answer is simple. It isn't in the personal, electoral interest of most pubbies to do anything. To make a fuss could jeopardize their jobs.

It is the nature of democratic republics.
