(CNN) -- The Obama administration has unveiled a plan to spend millions of dollars to stem the tide of undocumented children streaming across the U.S.-Mexico border, announcing a coordinated government-wide response to the situation Friday.
The plan includes almost $100 million in aid to the Central American governments of Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador to help reintegrate the illegal migrants whom the U.S. will send back, and to help keep them in their home countries, according to a White House statement.
The administration also announced it will set aside $161.5 million this year for the Central American Regional Security Initiative (CARSI) programs because the programs "are critical to enabling Central American countries to respond to the region's most pressing security and governance challenges."

We should be cutting the aid that those Central American countries are already getting from us. If they want to dump their poor in our country then they don’t need so much foreign aid.

Obama is playing with the lives of these children. Makes no difference to him how much they suffer. These children are not black, and they are not muslim. They are white, Christian children. Obama hates white, Christian children.
By sending them back they probably mean they are going to give them a date with the immigration appeals court and release them. Of course they won’t
even show up.

Wrong approach. We already provide aid to those countries and by giving more dollars we are just rewarding their current behavior. All aid money should be cut off until they remove all the illegals who come to the United States from their countries.

Obama’s open borders policy is main responsible for the illegal human trafficking debacle, his policy is rewarding those corrupt governments with additional hundreds of millions of dollars in economic help encouraging even further the invasion of our country. Instead, Obama should immediately stop any help to those countries who are promoting the tsunami of illegal migrants that contribute to the bankruptcy of our educational and medical infrastructure. Many of these illegals are vectors of diseases that have, for a long time, been eradicated in this country; including leprosy, tuberculosis, and many other contagious pathogens.
It is beyond cynicism the demands of the open borders fanatics, and of the governments of Mexico and Central American who are involved in human trafficking and the illegal exportation to U.S. of minors under inhuman conditions, and now they have the gall to insult and menace the American people by demanding that the U.S. bestow the rights and privileges of its citizens to the illegal migrants (rights their migrants do not enjoy in their own country). All the while, those governments promote a massive invasion of the U.S. in gross violation of our sovereignty and international laws.
The demands of the Salvadoran Ambassador that US Must Respect ‘Universal Rights’ of Illegal Minors are beyond the pale. The Ambassador happens to represent the terrorists of the FMNL – a group currently in power – and the Salvadorian Maras Salvatruchas – the most brutal gang of murderers who continue to extend their reign of terror all over the U.S.
The U.S. government should demand that the countries where the illegal migrants came from pay for the care of their illegal migrants and for the expedited repatriation to their country of origin.
The states should arrest the parents for child neglect and endangerment when they sow up to pick up their kids. Send them to jail and terminate their parental rights unless they leave the country immediately and take their kids with them.
