This text has a goofiness to it, but if they get down to business with phonics and memorizing math facts, I’m all for it.

Yes, but then you see Cornel West’s name there (the only one I recognize) and you start to lose hope.

Although I 100% agree with what you say.

My mother used to say if you’d give her a card table (remember those?), some legal pads and pencils she’d get any kid from K-3 with no problem.

I think after that the math would start to get away from her, but there are others who could serve.

Education in the US is a disgrace, ruined by the commie front teachers unions (yeah I said it).

Not every child can become a brain surgeon, but all can be taught to read, to do basic math.

The dems have willfully mis-educated (or un-educated, the way Lenny Bruce would say un-f*** you, because isn’t f*** you a basically positive wish?) 3 generations.

Those were their base of African American voters they did that to.

The Hispanics better get wise, because they are next, in the crosshairs.

Well, tax-chick I hope I haven’t offended you or others and I hope this post doesn’t get taken down. But that is the fact of the matter, no matter what.
