I think of 0 as our Hugo Chavez. If 0 believes he has a chance of success he will not step down in 2016. This will be driven by how he polls. Heck, he may decide to run again in 2016. Who will stop him?

His criminals could easily come up with the scenario, such as The Tea Party represents a fundamental terror threat to American traditions, peace, government . . . blah, blah and the next thing we know habeas corpus is suspended and FreeRepublic is gone.
