From CA Assembly member Nancy Skinner
She believe family and friends should be able to go to a Judge and remove another's 2nd Amendment Rights.

Using her logic, friends and family ought to be able to get a restraining order prohibiting a pregnant family member from killing her child with abortion.

First, I learned of leading public health data that attribute mental illness to only about 4 percent of the violence perpetrated against others. Second, the research shows individuals with mental illness are far more likely to be victims than perpetrators of violence. If this is true, why do all of the liberal mass murderers continue to claim insanity? Hmmmm? I don't know where this ditzy loon is getting her "information" but she is definitely clueless. Or it could be drugs.

Same thing applies. It just may make it more difficult to get a hand gun.So the perp will use a knife or ax instead.

How many people will she deprive of hands and feet, which kill way more people than guns?

Notice how now it is always “gunfire”, someone doesn’t put a gun to their head and pull the trigger, they die now as the result of “gunfire”.

TROs are already abused in divorce cases, I can imagine how they could be abused if you extend it to anyone.

I scanned the typings and did not see any indication whatsoever of ENFORCING laws vis-a-vis gangs and gun violence.
Typical Bee-brain, DemDope, petty little punk scared to take on gangs. Go after law abiding citizens, watch them, find a way to make it a crime for them to own a gun. We have laws regarding mental problems and guns already! (I believe).

I bet she wouldn’t support regulating or banning drugs and alcohol which killed more people than guns before Obama was elected (probably still do by far)...
