He jumped onto the dashboard and grabbed the wheel from the driver nearly causing the bus to swerve into oncoming traffic as he screamed, 'I'm gonna flip this bus!' While he was being pummeled, the driver called for passengers to 'get this guy off me.' The camera footage shows the bus careening off the highway, still traveling at 70 miles an hour as it heads into the dirt before hitting something.
Passengers went flying with 24 people hurt leaving seven with broken bones.

Is Greyhound really the best we can do in this nation? Anyone here who has ever been to South America, specifically Chile and ArgentiNa, know how luxurious bus travel can be. Greyhound gets guys like this...

In 1985, I was on a Greyhound from Boston to Omaha. Guy behind me was making a play for the lady that was seated next to him.
He kept telling her he was a millionaire who was afraid to fly and he was plying her with alcohol and weed. You could smoke on buses back then.
We’re in the middle of nowhere in Ohio in the middle of night and the bus driver pulls. Comes to the back and tells everyone that he knows what pot smells like and if he smells it again, he would pull over and radio the state patrol.
Cured the millionaire of his smoking!!
Not just South America. I would sometimes take the night bus from Kobe to Tokyo to save time on business travel. The seats reclined maybe 65 degrees and the driver generally put me in front where I had extra legroom to boot!
Banning it did nothing to keep this guy under control.
