A jobless father who has had 26 children by 15 different women while receiving ‘more than £500,000 in benefits’ has criticised the government’s welfare cap.
Peter Rolfe was criticised earlier this year when he claimed in an interview that his local council’s ‘refusal’ to give him a bigger house violated his human rights.
The 64-year-old is appearing in new Channel 5 series Benefits Britain: Life On The Dole, in which he claims his home in Newport, Isle of Wight, is not big enough and like a ‘prison cell’.
It had been reported that Rolfe had 18 kids by 10 women, but he has now revealed he has 14 boys and 12 girls.
‘It really is difficult to keep track when you’ve had 26 kids with so many different women,’ said Rolfe, who claims £800 a week in handouts.

The government said: “we will pay for your child care so therefore you will stay at home”.’
He added: ‘You have women that like you and once they get you they try to change you. They become pregnant and things like that.
‘Some of them I believe got pregnant on purpose. It’s just so unfortunate so many women have fallen pregnant. Either I’m virile or they just fall pregnant quickly.’
In the new documentary, Rolfe also complains the government benefits cap means his children can’t have ‘the other stuff children get [like] PlayStations [and] Xboxes’.
Episode two of Channel 5’s Benefits Britain: Life On The Dole, airs on June 23 at 9pm.

There is no solution which does not involve removing incentives for women to have kids on the dole. I vote for eliminating the dole entirely.

Women at 56 don't BREED. Their husband still wants sex and then the "improbable" happens. So NOW these women have to deal with being a MOMMY again and a GRANDMA.

- ANY man can become a wife/child beater. Looks can be deceiving. Women can become both husband and child beaters.
There are lesbian "marriages" where one woman beats on her female partner. Homosexual men can become batterers too.

My husband was SURE that this guy was Mafia and hiding out where we happened to be (the middle east).
The thug shook hands with my husband and my husband said that it was the strongest grip he had ever felt in his entire life and my husband was incredibly strong, with big hairy forearms (great for golf) and huge hands.
Said Mafia guy was HUGE, dark hair, dark eyes, expensive suit and DEAD EYES. Whenever I think of thugs I think of that guy.

1. Apparently he had sex with anything that moved.
2. He also never bothered to marry any of them.
3. THAT says that he didn't give a darn about children.
4. THAT also says something NOT GOOD about the character of the females who had sex outside of the marriage bed.

All in all, it's not a story to inspire anything but contempt for all concerned.
PITY the poor children of those sick, selfish liaisons. THEY need our prayers.
An employed young man with a job would want no part of being harassed for child support to pay for any kids had with a dole-woman. So they get whoever they can get. Which is why I say there is no solution which does not involve penalizing the women for doing this.

Statistics...I took statistics in college. They aren't very meaningful because MOST statisticians guesstimate on probabilities.
Our prof did the standard probability test: flipping the coin for heads and tails probability. Probability doesn't always work with humans.
*The old man may also start succumbing to Alzheimer's Disease or some other kind of dementia before long. When that happens there is NO TELLING what he might do.
*He also might be taking some meds... OR forgetting to take his meds. Who knows what behavior problems might occur with that?
*Also, with all his fornicating he may be passing along a variety of STDs, those gotten from the multitude of fornicating partners he had. How sweet.
