Clarice Feldman: The Good News Democrats
The American Thinker ^ | June 22, 2014 | Clarice Feldman

"........By week’s end, perhaps recognizing that the story was not finding willing buyers, IRS Commissioner Koskinen, tried another tack, claiming that the emails were not “records’” and therefore could be destroyed without consequence. John Hinderaker, the ace litigation lawyer who is one of the authors of Powerline found this argument unpersuasive, citing federal law and the agency’s own operating manual and concluding:

As the IRS investigation continues, Koskinen and others at the Agency should not be allowed to get away with the facile suggestion that Lerner’s emails -- all of them! -- were not “records” and therefore could be destroyed with impunity. It would be interesting to know what documents the IRS did preserve as “records” during the relevant time period. Unless the IRS was simply thumbing its nose at its statutory duty to maintain records of its actions and deliberations, a large number of emails should have been preserved in some fashion.

............ If the IRS can’t preserve its senior managers’ email accounts on an information systems budget of $1.8 billion a year, the federal government is even more inefficient and incompetent than we thought.

As the week wore down, Reason came up with some information the IRS fabulists must have overlooked.

The agency said that emails stored on dead drives were lost forever because its email backup tapes were recycled every six months, and employees were responsible for keeping their own long-term archives.

The IRS had a contract with email backup service vendor Sonasoft starting in 2005, according to FedSpending.org, which lists the contract as being for "automatic data processing services." Sonasoft's motto is "email archiving done right," and the company lists the IRS as a customer.........

Big Media is desperately trying to plug the bursting volcano of scandals that is the Obama admin. Of course, if this were a Republican admin that had lost those e-mails while persecuting lib groups, Big Media would be having orgasms demanding immediate impeachment of the Pubbie prez. The scandals keep on coming, and all Big Media can do is say “so what?” Again, it’s not the lies they tell, but the truth they hide.

Wrong quote to re-apply to the situation. It should be "What difference does it make?"

Pleading the fifth, non-compliance, willful destruction of evidence and a really smarmy agency director being a villainous bastard on the stand...almost like they’re trying to hide something. Let’s not forget the “Magic Negro” factor either.

Seems like there should be some kind of “paper trail” connected to the destruction and/or recycling of a hard drive to ensure it isn’t just tossed in the facility dumpster.

Every piece of government equipment is numbered and recorded. They know the chain of command of each piece - be it a desk, a chair, a lamp, a computer, etc.

The only way to fight this is go after the media directly. Most of these people are sleazy, corrupt, with no moral compass. They are the kind of people who Jesus talked about when he said, “Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye”. If people can be possessed, the media are the ones. No conscience at all.

These people are committed marxist/fascist/communist who don’t care one bit about right and wrong, guilt or innocence. They only care about helping the left turn this country into a dictators dream of his father. It doesn’t even have to be obama. Any leftist dictator will do.

So how do we go after the media? Most leftist lead completely immoral lives that would take down any republican dog catcher. They follow the left politically because they hate God and do not want anyone telling them what they are doing is wrong. The right should have there phone cameras ready at a moments notice, so everyone who cheats on their spouse is outed. Since obama has made homosexuality a virtue (next to treason) , they have no conscience left. We should target the lefts protector, the media.

So wouldn’t this company that has worked with the IRS since 2005 to back up emails have those “lost” emails?

"magic Negro"

That might be the biggest factor. White libs just can't bear the fact that their black hero is an incompetent crook. There a political cartoon by some nitwit named Horsey in my local lib rag this morning that shows in the first panel Obama announcing a cure for cancer. The next panels show a bunch of whining, complaining Republicans who find reasons to condemn Obama despite the cure.

The message of the cartoon is that St. Barack can do no wrong, and Republicans are just opposing him for political reasons. Cartoonists i.e propagandists like Horsey are true destroyers of democracy.
