I closed the window and went to reuters.com again, and clicked on the (CDC) story again, and the same screen came up. I closed the window again and clicked on the first story and same thing. It is now 3:32am PDT the URL shows as sea.sy/indexs
Reuters.com is working normally. Most likely there is some malware on your client computer which is redirecting your browser traffic in addition to keyloggers, spyware, and a rootkit.

I’m getting the same “Hacked by the Syrian Electronic Army” message when I log in from Chrome but not from IE. On Chrome I’ve got DoNotTrackMe and AdBlock running, so it’s possible that one of those extensions has been hacked.
