According to this article from 2013... "The IDIQ contract has a one-year base period and nine one-year options."

I'm not 100% sure this is the same IRS/Unisys contract.

Option to renew on a yearly basis.

Cloud storage is not brand new. There is some evidence in the Sonasoft revelation that it has been used for a while. Unisys also got a piece of it.

How much more is there?

Where is the IRS vault? Don’t they do redundant?
