I remember the words of one of the few that knew Hussein when he was in high school. She said he was a known liar and always embellishing his stories to make himself look better. She hasn’t been heard from again. He was known also as a foreign student.

Are you implying something criminal happened to her ..??
Or .. was she threatened .. and simply changed her name ..??
As for the foreign student issue .. I have always contended that the reason a lot of people thought he was not a citizen was because he applied to colleges in America claiming to be a “foreign” student. This designation allowed him to receive money grants; room and board; books and supplies; etc. He’s therefore, always been a taker and he believes that’s the way to get ahead in life, against the awful Americans. I have no knowledge of whether he’s a citizen or not.
He still is.
And has quit the failed effort at "learning on the job."
