This guy Turner is confusing himself. Another waste of time.
Ellenor Holmes Norton. Now there’s a genuine idiot for ya. She claims there’s not a scintilla of evidence? The whole matter is about them destroying and hiding evidence. I guess she can’t understand that the missing emails is evidence in itself that there’s been a crime committed.
This horses ass should be a laughingstock not a congressman?
Amazing seeing the Dems defend what is so obvious a cover up by probably the most hated entity in the country, the IRS.
I’m watching this circus. Very frustrating.
Maybe these question have been asked and someone knows the answer.
When the Lerner computer crashed were there existing system backups of her Emails?
If so, did she restore the missing backups to her new replacement hard drive?
If not, why not?
I believe and pray that we have evidence of crimes by many people and hope that maybe Issa is holding out for an October surprise. Wouldn’t that be great.
Connolly is making it sound like budget cuts were the reason the IRS didn’t have better computer equipment.
Lying bastards! Cut their budget to the bone!!
Pull Mica off the stage. My God.
Jordan is good.
Just let the guy answer, badgering, taken to far, is counterproductive.
Bingo. Chavetz just nailed entire case.
Isn’t the IRS motto..”Your guilty until you prove your innocence.”. I think this should hold true for IRS employees.
Why do they refer to them as lost emails when they were clearly targeted and destroyed?
All they need to do now is show how (un)complicated it is for an IT pro to extract/restore from the backup tape.
Only $30 million to upgrade email system for 90,000 employees? That is only about $300 per employee. How much are those employees spending printing all those emails and what is the cost of storing all of that paper? Each employee is likely spending well more than $10/day in time, paper and ink, which amounts to about $300 million in one year alone!
Trey Gowdy just smoked the Smirking Pissant.
Koskinin is ring dirty on the American people and this committee.
They had her emails on tape but it was too complicated to retrieve them, but they didnt try to either (at least not that K-man knows of)
Jazon Chaffetz starts at about 1:50:00.

Koshiken can’t remember who told him Lois Lerner’s emails were missing and says he found out in April, but can’t even give you around a time in April. He remembers being told, but can’t remember who told him something this important.
He doesn’t know who from the IRS told the treasury department who told the White House, but no one told Congress and of course he didn’t tell the treasury.
He says he would provide all the emails in March, but knew there was an issue, found out in April, but failed to tell Congress until June.
Liars
Bring in the IT department from the IRS and have IT experts from other companies grill them. They will get to the bottom of this.
