I wonder how many government agencies use them and corporate old legacy systems are still running out there?

I know they were built pretty much military grade. Highest f the high end for the time. At least until they went Intel. It would not surprise me if many still run today in all manner of govt facilities.

And EVERYTHING about them was proprietary for a long time. So i imagine cost recouping is still going on.

hopefully a Freeper with some personal experience with them is out there and speaks up. I would love to know more about them.
