Some folks don't want to be the gender/sex they really are, and some of those will take steps to make themselves appear to be the gender/sex they wish to be. They dress the part, they take hormones, they have various surgeries. Some achieve a pretty good appearance of the gender they are attempting to "present". However, they can never actually become anything other than what they were born as... all they can do is "dress up" and play a part.
Some of this switching around is to satisfy sexual perversion, and some is simply mental illness. Everyone seems to be trying to justify and encourage both by confusing these things with gender/sex. This is nuts.
If you're not happy with the gender you were born with, there are limits to what you should do about it... go beyond that and it becomes unhealthy for you and society.

Well said. I have spent some time recently researching homosexuality in order to understand the damage they are doing to the kids they have in their care. The lifestyle is both cult-like and mafia-like. Some are miserable and want to go strait but are vilified by the militant ones and terrorized into believing that reparative therapy will kill them. It is an awful situation that average people need to wake up to. The more we retool our society to accommodate their perversion, the more we enable them to destroy not only themselves, but our way of life too.
This insanity will be the topic of a Freeper Editorial tomorrow.
