And would be willing to go into Witness Relocation (assuming Obama has not wrecked that program.)
Takeaway from last night was that Koskinen was asked if any effort was made to restore Lerner's emails from the incremental tape backup. These are the tapes that they claim to over write on a six month basis. They would have been extant at the time of the "crash".
Koskinen testified that no effort was made to recover the data from the tapes. That answer shows that he at least knew that to be an option. When asked WHY this was not done, he said it was too much work - too expensive.
This is a very thin cover story. It was fairly shocking when he threw it out there. Multiply this times the other six hard drives that are said to have "crashed" and obliterated emails from persons of interest. One of the Congressman did go into the probability of such happening within a time frame.
Now, I think they are going to try to sell this as unfortunate coincidence, aging equipment, overworked, underfunded staff, blah, blah, blah.
Slowly but surely some facts are coming out. One hopeful factoid caught me eye this morning. At the WH Press Briefing yesterday, it seems reporters were grilling Josh on how many world leaders Obama was talking with as opposed to how many Joe Biden was talking to.
Do we have confirmation that the WH counsel..the lady who used to work at the IRS.. who was subpoenaed will appear...

My question would have been - if you didn’t have the funds or the technology to access it why didn’t you save it for Congress to make a decision about the expense.
