I don’t think his donations to dems was the key factor in hiring him. It was his incredible facility for brazen lying and arrogant smirking that won the day.
He looks like Jiminy Cricket, but in his heart, he's a thug. They can't break him because he's confident the machine has his back.
We need to imprison this chooch for a long time to wipe that smile off his face.
Spammin your thread.
This mornings IRS hearing is live now. White House attorney and an archivist from the National Archives and Records Administration to testify.

No worries, I don’t consider it spam. Thanks for the link.
Cummings has already attacked the Bush Administration.
Trey Howdy wiped that smirk off his face last night, lol.
He lied to protect the boss.
IRS Commissioner John Koskinen strikes me as a bad person...
perhaps senior staffers should not be allowed to donate to anyone.
He comes across as deceptive and slimey, which makes him a good fit for the coverup crew.
Absolutely.
Start with ten years in Leavenworth...
A hundred grand. Holy crap.
Can you imagine the fury brought to bear by the media if this clown was the IRS Commissar under Fuhrer Bush?
He reminds me of the classic evil Nazi General in some old black and white movie. Johnny Koskinen is one bad actor.
He is also one big corrupt liar.
All he needs is a black eye patch and a scar on his cheek...and a thick German accent.
He's the type of guy I'd like to take outside...
He was given the position, so that he could sit there and say “I wasn’t here at that time.” It seems every scandal in this administration ends up with retirements and promotions. They need to subpoena some of the lower rung people who are involved that don’t have a golden parachute or great job prospects.
The list, Ping
Let me know if you would like to be on or off the ping list
Respectfully disagree. Anyone should be permitted to donate any amount to anyone; that's called FREEDOM. But the recipient can't sell influence for money if he does not know who the donor is. So require that all political donations be anonymous. Make it a felony to reveal or to attempt to discover the identity of the donor.
So you get to back whoever you believe will act in your best interest, but you can't "buy" their favors. Combine that with term limits and you'll be rid of the career politicians, the "what's in it for me" class. Those remaining will be true public servants, who will go back to business after a couple of terms of service.
There will be a few who are worthy of continuing, and wish to do so; they can seek another elected position if they choose. But have them deal with retirement the way most of us have to do; no cushy pension funds.
