Although the couple has reportedly been separated for more than nine years, and Debi has been living with another man for all of that time, Gary Martin said he believes Debi is still the designated recipient of Terrys $150,000 life insurance policy, It always comes down to money.

Legalized murder and she gets paid for it. Gee what a nice woman, and some lib judge will probably grant it.

Yeah, your estranged wife and her boyfriend are probably the last people you want making life and death decisions for you.
To: wagglebee
Do I even have to guess his wife is one of these types?

I’ll keep the Martins in my prayers. I hope the brother succeeds.

"Gary Martin says he is able to open his eyes, blink on command, and squeeze visitors hands"So what is the problem here? He's obviously not brain dead, unlike his ex-wife.

Legalized murder and she gets paid for it. Gee what a nice woman, and some lib judge will probably grant it. but gosh--there must be something so wonderful about her that Terry Dean Martin (the patient) has been separated from her for nine years and is still legally married to her--while she has been living with another man! on top of that, she is believed to still be his beneficiary! this guy is nuts, or still madly in love with her... or what else could it be? it is not like he was in good health--thinking time was on his side...

Yes. Found her on Facebook too. From Beaumont. Looks like her daddy in the face.

On June 18, citing both Debis and Lakrishas potential and serious conflicts of interest in authorizing Terry Martins death, Judge Jeff Branick granted the restraining order. Good for the judge!!

He could be religious. I know of a few people in situations where the spouse left, yet feel they can not divorce the other party.

A really great reason to have a divorce, not just a separation. Texas law is unusual in that regard, in that a court *may* decide on an equitable division of assets; but then again may not.
