It actually goes further in the past than Lawrence v Texas. He gave us the Romer v Evans decision in 1996. The normalization of homosexuality was a decision made sometimes 20 years ago, Kennedy is the chief implementer of the strategy. Ronald Reagan’s greatest failure, may yet doom the republic.

Reagan’s legacy is a bit overrated by conservatives. Yes, he did a lot of great things, but he also appointed liberal judges and signed amnesty into law.
