BTW, Jeremy Reynalds who wrote the report for Assist News Service runs a faith-based family homeless shelter ("Joy Junction") in Albuquerque. I have a lot of respect for him as he lives the Christian principle of charity toward others who are not well off because of circumstances and he does so through private donations (not governmental funding).
