Can’t judge duh man w/o evidence.

And why aren’t all the others in his command structure and unit in danger of any consequence?

It’s not like he slept with a bed bug every night.

A whole live human being was in his bunk.

She had to eat, use the toilet and shower. Might have even needed a doctor or gynecologyst during this time.

He’s the only one being punished?

Does the Army have an ability to punish her? He was the one who made a commitment to the Army. If she was killed over there, the Army would have been in trouble for it. If she got assaulted or injured, she would have sued the Army.

no, he is not... from the article:

Seven of his young troopers were also reprimanded... in my opinion, he had no business asking them to cover for him...

this reminds me of a class we taught when i was in corporate training... it was called Situational Ethics...
