The Establishment has focused most of it’s energy and funds protecting their precious US Senate. This is a good thing because they haven’t spent much time or money on down ballot races, where conservatives can win and make a difference, especially in the state legislators.
And from the legislators will come a convention of states, where we can rein in the Federal leviathan. We captured 700 legislative seats, and 19 legislative chambers in 2010. I hope me make even more gains this November, because nobody’s watching.
They can keep Alexander and McConnell and Cochran and Cornyn and Graham and Roberts, etc. But not for long. They’ll eventually be replaced by new young legislators along the lines of TW Shannon, Lee Bright, Chris McDaniel, etc. The old guard is aging and tired.
McDaniel and Shannon will be heard from again. Lee Bright OTOH, no.
