The clerk in my county at least is requiring a certified court Order before issuing marriage certificates for homosexuals.

Making gay marriage legal actually nullifies the crime of sodomy, which has been expanded to include all forms of gay sex, and those convicted of such should be trying to have their convictions overturned and their records cleared.
Feral judges have overturned the clear will of the moral people dozens of times on everything from taxes to immigration to narriage. Just why do we let the judges have the final say? This is supposed to be a republic with three EQUAL branches of government.The legislatures have allowed the executive and judicial to steal the people’s voice.
