The executive branch is responsible under the Constitution for enforcing federal law through its attorney general’s office.
The attorney general has been refusing to do its job: securing the border, pursuing rogue agencies, investigating election fraud, and on and on, while doing things (illegal things) that of course it isn’t supposed to be doing.

So, only the DOJ can prosecute people who break federal law? A local cops sees a person breaking a federal law and can arrest him but the local DA can’t prosecute?
