You could indeed. But we know of at least two that wouldn't be waging a War On Marijuana - and several more that wouldn't be waging a War On Medicinal Marijuana.
I live in Florida, which has an initiative in progress for this fall to allow medical mj. I believe the last poll shows 75% support.
If it were up to me, mj would be legal, or at least a very minor crime. And it should all be handled at the state level.
