In Planned Parenthood v. Casey in 1992, Kennedy was prepared side with Rehnquist, White, Scalia and Thomas to overturn Roe v. Wade (Rehnquist and White were the only two dissenters in Roe), but Kennedy switched sides at the last minute. Maybe there's still a modicum of hope for him.
