The Department of Justice has spent $1.2 million on a website which depicts cartoon cellphones engaging in real-life dating scenarios, in an effort to help teens define their “digital line” as it pertains to relationship abuse.

Every day the fedgov proves it is my worst enemy.
If you ask people at random what percentage of the population is black they’ll answer around 50%. That’s because blacks are WAY overrepresented on TV. They are anywhere from 12-17% depending on where. (Some cities are much higher. But, overall, they’re a minority.)
The same will shortly be said for gays, lesbians and transgenders, who are about 1-2% of the population except in enclaves like San Francisco.
The federal government should be so small, that it never has a reason to communicate to people, because it shouldn’t be doing anything.

With the exception of the federal entities indicated under the Constitution’s Clauses 16 & 17 of Section 8 of Article I as examples, entities under the exclusive legislative control of Congress, the states have never delegated to the feds, via the Constitution, the specific power to tax and spend to teach kids anything.
