Also, Texas has legal recourse against the Federal government: U.S. Const. art. IV, § 4 mandates the Federal government protect states against Invasion. The Federal government has not performed.

He has allowed the invasion to become way out of hand beginning a long time a go, in my view. Free in state tuition for illegals got him into a lot of trouble with his party. ( Most people should have known that he would fail as evidence to the countless stories with Perry praises throughout the democratic media— like Perry was going to win the nomination / he would be a strong candidate against the democrat) Romney took him out before the media even began to discredit him.
