When the coastal states are not doing good the central states do quite well. I am surprised that this person ignores that. With the anti business climate of California and New York it seems that the inland states should do quite well for an extended period. Bloomburg is dooming the east cost.

Ironically Minnesota is getting a piece of the action. With all the construction and road-building, several contractors in the St. Cloud area are now out in NW North Dakota busy at work. Likewise Coborns grocery chain is adding large grocery stores in the Williston area and other places in western ND. Coborns is headquartered in Sauk Rapids, MN.

The St Cloud airport is considering adding regular flights to Williston soon. Outstate MN is quite conservative, but the socialists and Marxists in the Twin Cities and Duluth rule the state most of the time.
