Congress getting the executive or judicial branches to prosecute one of their own lackeys would be the equivalent of a mafia capo turning themselves in for summary execution. I just won't happen. Unless congress grows some balls and starts cutting of the gravytrain to the feds, expect much posturing, and not much action.
