This Heritage event on Benghazi has gotten a lot of press over the last day or two, with the left claiming the event turned ‘ugly‘ and that the Muslim woman was ‘pounced on’ and ‘bullied’ by members of the panel.
But after watching it myself, that characterization couldn’t be more wrong. In fact Brigitte Gabriel’s answer to this Muslim woman is perhaps the best answer I’ve ever heard to the ‘peaceful Muslims’ question.

You brought up a good point. Sometimes, I see videos posted here, labeled as “smackdown”, “hits it out of the park” and other such modifiers and they turned out to be “Smackdown? Seriously?!”
But this one was good. Factual and drives home the point.
The peaceful majority IS irrelevant! It’s those in the loudmouthed, murdering minority that we have to worry about.

The radicals are following the instructions in their Koran...The so called peaceful muzlims read and cherish the same book with the same instructions to annihilate non believers...
It's worse than that...The muzlim girl who posed the question knows exactly what the radicals believe since she believes the same book/religion they do...It was just a ploy to get people to believe there are peaceful muzlims...Take the heat off of the cult of izlam...She got blown out of the water...
I’ve known Muslims who either didn’t know the core of their own beliefs, or just pretend not to for the time being. “Do not be friends with Jews or Christians” is what the Koran teaches. And then there are those who think 9/11 is a good thing, and non-Muslims are lower than dogs. In the end, there is nothing spiritual about it; it’s a pack instinct reverting back to animals instead of aspiring to spiritual perfection with God. There is no “love thy neighbor” in the Koran. You kill your enemy because you think God thinks like you, not because you want to think like God.
But, in Islamic countries you are forced to practice Islam. Certainly there are many that would not choose to if there were no honor killings or severe punishment for believing what you want.

It’s important to remember that Islam sanctions lying so as to promote the spread of Islam. I once got into a vicious exchange of threats and war of words on Front Page Magazine some years ago with a Muslim(an American convert). It centered on me repeatedly asking him if as a ‘’peaceful Muslim’’ he believed that the state of Israel and the Jewish people have the right to exist. At first he said yes. Then I questioned him regarding the very overt antisemitism of the Koran. Particularly passages in the Sura such as “O brothers the hour will not come until the trees and rocks cry out “O brothers there is a Jew hiding behind me,, come and kill him’’. I asked him that if as a good Muslim he believed the Jews have a right to live, then he was going against the word of the prophet and Allah. That’s when the invective and the threats started. This guy tried turning himself inside and out explaining the Koran doesn’t always mean what it says and all Muslims are peaceful That’s when I asked why then is there jihad. That’s when he started with the bit about jihad is a personal struggle over evil and doing Allahs will. That’s when I pointed out that Allahs ‘’will’’ always involves waging war. Because to Islam ‘’peace’’ is all cultures/faiths/peoples being submitting to Islam or being annihilated. And I pointed out to him as I’ve tried to do here that the whole idea of ‘’moderate Islam’’ is a fallacy. If the religion were truly peaceful there wouldn’t be any need for any of to be ‘’moderate’’. Moderate Islam to me makes the argument Islam isn’t peaceful.
Great video but I was left wanting more. The muslim woman said the radicalism was an ideology and how can you address it with weapons when it is an ideology. My answer would have been because they act out their ideology brutally with weapons and murder is their goal. They have to be squashed like bugs.
