I don’t think that’s necessarily true. Doctors very often, or even usually, end up in areas away from home. They go where they’re offered a residency and then end up staying because that’s where the job and professional connections are formed. So don’t jump to conclusions about her political philosophy. A lot of people live around Philly who are conservative.
