House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-San Francisco) said she isn't hopeful that immigration reform will pass after she visited a Border Patrol facility in Brownsville, Texas, on Saturday.
“The humanitarian crisis unfolding across our nation’s southern border demands Congress come together and find thoughtful, compassionate and bipartisan solutions,” Pelosi said at a televised news conference after the tour. “We must also work to address the root causes of the problem.”
Pelosi said the U.S. needs to turn this crisis into an "opportunity to show who we are as Americans."
“The fact is these are children, children and families,” Pelosi said. “We have a moral responsibility to address this in a dignified way."

I can’t find where Pelosi and her husband took this opportunity to donate at least half of their millions to these “kiddie” invaders. She probably feels so bad for their plight that she just forgot.

I'm tired of these manufactured crises. We had a fake financial crisis for which the cure (Stimulus, TARP) was far worse than the disease, an economic crisis for which the cure was massive federal spending that sucked all the capital out of the private sector, a climate crisis for which the cure is higher taxes plus big government regulations on every aspect of our lives, a Ukrainian crisis after Obama argued that worrying about Russia was so 20th century, a Syrian crisis for which the cure was training ISIS terrorists, and now a manufactured immigration crisis for which the proposed cure (for illegal immigrants that Obama's lawless policies attracted) is to recruit an even larger flood of illegals.

The most “dignified” thing I think we could do is send them home to work their problems out with their own governments. We’ve already got enough problems of our own to deal with here.

It’s bad enough that we’re raising the children of our own “underclass”. I don’t have any `moral responsibility’ to pay to raise someone else’s kid, regardless of where s/he comes from. FUNP!

Pelosi is EVIL. She is every bit as evil as OBAMA. They can both go to hell. And she is about as American as the leftist Potus who hates us, we who really are American.
One of the reasons Pelosi pulled back from immigration reform is she is no dummy. As a seasoned politician, she knows the immigration scheme of the Obama admin just backfired. GOP should find out who is sponsoring all these kids to come. Can’t cross 1800 miles of Mexico without orgnaization and logistics, which all costs money, like American money??!! All these kids arrived knowing what legal statements to give. Only lawyers can provide such advice. That is not given for free. Who is paying these lawyers. Money, money, money is involve. Need to figure who is providing the funding. Find it and expose it. If GOP was bold, sue them for the costs incurred on US taxpayers. It is one thing a parent brought the child into the US decades ago, but what we have on the border is a Latin American child dump. Even some of my pro immigration reform friends are starting to have second thoughts. If GOP is smart, say nothing and let the crisis grow. Security and deportation is the only terms we can accept. If the Dems balk, the camps will pile up till something will happen.
I tell you what I am sick of. I am only a C average college grad, and I can figure out some good plans of action, yet all these Havard, Yale, Princeton types that are in the GOP haven’t even advanced anything. All that expensive education and staff salary, and not one of these expensive bright GOP turks even came up with anything to counter the Obama immigration scheme. The only thing they are smart at is coming up with plans on crushing conservatives and Tea Party.
I’m really hoping that Pelosi gets a very debilitating disease from being at the border with all those illegals and is put totally out of commission, so she can’t keep destroying America in her present position.
