NJ State police once had the highest confiscation rate of illegal drugs than any non Federal police agency in the country. after Jackson and Sharpton complained (wonder who financed their complaint)those drug seizures dropped to almost zero. Now the drugs make their way to consumers , especially minorities, and cause all sorts of social misery.
