I tried electronic readers for about a year and a half, then I went back to books.

I never left books for electronic readers. Having a book or magazine to read is a whole different experience from technology.

What I miss is book stores. There is not one less than 45 minutes of here. Going through choices online is just not the same as going through a bookstore and finding something unexpected.

Perhaps a B&N devoted to real inventory will begin identifying areas underserved by bookstores...we can only hope.
