Yet the Police Chief and the city leaders INSIST that unless you are involved in crime New Orleans is ‘safe’. Yeah, right, come walk the streets of a crime ridden, decaying city at night. The animals need fresh meat. I wouldn’t set foot in New Orleans at night if I were handed $1000 at the city line. Don’t go in the day either- don’t need to. Yet people are lured continually and the ‘isolated incidents’ pile up. This happens daily- the ferals open fire on enemies anywhere, anytime. Thugs rule- everyone else is prey.
