This country is truly lost. This is ordinary kiddie behavior. You paddle the kid, tell him not to do it again and if he does it again, you swat him again. We are such a sick society.
Actually, when I was about that age back in the 50s we had a older female teacher who would take kids back in the cloak room, pull down their pants and spank them. Can you imagine that taking place today?
