Rep. Darrell Issa should get the Captain Obvious award with dingle berry clusters for having such an astute grasp of Lois Lerner's missing e-mails. Those e-mails are backed up somewhere. Get a team of forensic software investigators on this. Put Lerner in an orange jump suit for 20 years (and the other IRS folks who “lost” theirs along with her).

According to a Washington DC June 17, 2014 Associated Press story by Stephen Ohlemacher, "On Tuesday, two key lawmakers said the IRS has also lost emails from six additional IRS workers whose computers crashed. Among them was Nikole Flax, who was chief of staff to Lerner's boss, then-deputy commissioner Steven Miller."

Quite a coincidence isn't it? Why are these congressmen pussy footing around? It's time to frog march the swamp critters to hell.
