Obama propped up the failing GM with TAXPAYER money--not his own--and now usurps the proper way of deciding culpability by having an "expert" decide this case.

Damn dangerous, folks. People are DEAD because of someone who works or USED TO WORK at GM. The liberal solution? Throw money....an amount THEY DECIDE....as the answer.

Good point, our country needs to return to the rule of law.
The GM bondholders got screwed by Obama. The attorney general of Indiana filed a class action suit and to my knowledge, nothing has come from that. That was just plain theft of property and voiding of contract law.
