When I lived in Az I had a well on the property in the San Pedro River Valley.
That well provided water to 5 neighbors.
Once every 3 months I would gou round and collect 5 bucks apiecice from them for the electric bill that pumped the water up.
This was in the farking desert!
She looks as though she’s full of water!......why is it those who don’t pay their bills always seem to be soooo overweight? If they’d eat less their grocery bill would be less....
Frankly I don’t believe these folks can’t pay their water bills...they just spend their monies on other “stuff”.
