Just irritates the ever loving day lights outa me that we Americans have to breathlessly wait to see if we still have some semblance of religious freedom from nine knuckleheads in black robes. Good Lord in heaven this country is messed up.
I agree. This never should have been litigated to begin with, since the people used to understand and accept the Constitutional rights. It is the contract entered into between the people of the several states agreeing as to how we should be governed, and the limits to that government.
Since when did we litigate the terms of the agreement?
We no longer hold these truths to be self-evident...
