Sen. Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) says President Barack Obama, “will borrow the power that is needed to solve the problems of immigration.”
Durbin made the comments at a press briefing on immigration last Thursday urging House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) to bring an immigration bill onto the floor for a vote.
"I don't know how much more time he thinks he needs, but I hope that Speaker Boehner will speak up today," Durbin said. "And if he does not, the president will borrow the power that is needed to solve the problems of immigration and he shouldn’t be sued as a result of it."

Hit the nail on the head with that. Since the Constitution spells out the powers quite specifically and to which of the three branches can do what, "borrowing" would be a usurpation of anothers power, to wit, abdicating would be the other side of that tyrannical coin.
Exactly. That’s why they don’t even try to oppose him any meanigful way, they get what they want without appearing to have a hand in it.
a) there is no borrowing of power
b) the problem isn’t immigration
c) the problem is illegal immigration
d) enforce the laws or don’t expect anyone to follow them

I’d like someone in the press to ask him [I know... but I remember when we really had a press] ... from whom is 0bama planning on borrowing this power from?
I’ve already called a senator (not my own) and said exactly that, that if Obama, illegal immigrants, the IRS, etc, don’t have to follow the law, then neither do I.
