JERUSALEM (AP) — Israel's prime minister says the Hamas militant group will pay a heavy price for the deaths of three Israeli teenagers who were kidnapped in the West Bank.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says in a statement "Hamas is responsible, and Hamas will pay." He adds the teenagers "were kidnapped and murdered in cold blood by wild beasts."

Benjamin Netanyahu and the IDF should not be concerned about collateral damage in retaliating against Hamas for their killing of these three Israeli children. Hamas is about to experience an attitude adjustment.

Abbas didn’t help find these boys. All the pollsters said the Pallies approved of kidnapping 2 to 1. Abbas is responsible for these children dying. If his police wanted to help find them the kids would have been returned.
Please call your congressmen, Reid, and Boehner to stop sending money to PLO and Abbas.
maybe I’m wrong but at some point Israel will have to enact severe retaliation or the tit for tat will not stop. You said it, propaganda, of which truth will eventually and always prevail. Bad publicity or certainly more dead Israelis? That’s a no brainer.

It does make a difference to Israel and they will get it right. Israel wants to “drive the point home” at exactly the organization that does it and not provide free propaganda material for “indiscriminately” hitting those who did not have “direct hand” in it.
There’s one thing the whole world understands, and that’s hitting back at the exact person who did something to you. EVERYONE understands that.
What people use against you, if you strike back is “collateral damage” ... that’s just free propaganda for your enemies.
Israel has done that periodically - with Lebanon, with the Gaza Strip ... but unfortunately Israel has not had the best results from that. There’s been some severe political blowback, from inside Israel, from voting Jews there - so Israel won’t do that very often, and only of it rises to am extreme level.
Even though this is a horrendous act, this does not rise to an extreme level. Israel has their standard ways of dealing with this.

Abbas did say very explicitly that if Hamas was responsible (we’ll find out eventually) that the “unity deal” with Hamas was OFF. That’s significant, since Israel has told Abbas he needs to cancel the unity deal.
In terms of stopping funding to Abbas and the Palestinian Authority ... Netanyahu and Israel does not want that. Israel would be forced to put their soldiers in there to take care of civil government and they want NO PART OF THAT ... in the least. That puts more Israeli soldiers in harm’s way.
Netanyahu has specifically himself lobbied Congress - one-on-one to NOT SUSPEND PAYMENTS to Abbas and the Palestinian Authority because it would be a NIGHTMARE for Israel!
It’s funny you should mention that number ... Israel just relatively recently paid 1000-to-1 to the terrorists by releasing 1,000 of their terrorists from Israeli jails to get back ONE ISRAELI SOLDIER!
