Did you watch the video or did you just rely on the story in order to come to the conclusion that she was civil? It is clear from the video that she refused to comply with the officer’s request and had an attitude from the very beginning. It is also possible that she was inebriated since the ASU bar scene is just around the corner from there.
Don’t require the cop hating idiots to consider the facts. They are irrelevant if it supports their opinions.
I watched the video, and, yes, I’d say she was civil.
