A sharply divided Supreme Court ruled Monday that some companies with religious objections can avoid the contraceptives requirement in President Barack Obama's health care overhaul, the first time the high court has declared that businesses can hold religious views under federal law.

I think that this will have further implications in allowing businesses with strong moral and religious objections to homosexual weddings from having to “service” the homos by doing wedding pictures and baking wedding cakes...
Homos can get gay photographers and bakers. There is no shortage of them.
You’d think SCOTUS just outlawed birth control.
OMG it’s too funny....the natives are restless in libtard land tonight...
I should think so. The pilgrims didn’t risk their lives crossing the Atlantic in order to get free birth control.
Now ... what about wedding cakes ....
It should be noted that obamacare never should have seen the light of day to begin with. An extremely irresponsible Congress, an Imperial Presidency, and misguided Supreme Court found a way to pass, rewrite, and rewrite it again, and do so with impunity. That should be the issue, not contraception.
I hope conservatives don’t get smug about this...As O’Reilly pointed out tonight, the legal underpinnings of the Constitution are very clearly one single Supreme Court justice away from being lost, probably for good.
This is something the GOP-e and conservatives need to think about very, very carefully over the next year or two.
But back to the case in point, I was almost knee-deep and wall-to-wall in projectile vomit over here while listening to the whining liberals crying about Evil White Men controlling women’s bodies all night over the network news. It was like a scene from The Exorcist - especially after seeing the poster adult-child of the future, Sandra Fluke, parading around her downtrodden, flaccid vagina all night.
Smug, no. We need to laugh at them. Make them objects of ridicule. Make fun of them. That works.
Congress and SCOTUS are neither irresponsible nor misguided. They are deeply and possibly irretrievably corrupted.
As glad as I am to see this ruling, it is not a great victory, it is crumbs tossed to the ruled.
