PRUDEN: Hillary’s air of ‘inevitability’ evaporating; Stumbling on road to White House

Despite recent gaffes over her family finances, Hillary Rodham maintains she is committed to the lower and middle classes. Hillary's book tour is in a shambles, the fate of her $14 million advance is marooned somewhere in limbo. She’s under 50% approval for the first time in 2016 presidential polling.....

Some of the learned pundits, who only yesterday were writing about why Hillary is a lock for the White House, are writing about “five reasons why Hillary won’t run.” (1) she’s just not very good at politics; (2) there’s no “fire in the tummy”; (3) who wants to clean up after Barack Obama, any way; (4) the country wants real change; and (5) another round of “Clinton, Bush, Clinton” with children of both families waiting in the wings, is thrilling nobody.

“Even more than her dwindling leads over Republican contenders is that while she is pretty much running against herself, in a very high-profile book tour, she is losing ground,” says pollster John Zogby.

The Clintons are revealed as money grubbers, looking for cash in all the easy places,....Hillary imagines nobody will notice the greed if she poses as the selfless philanthropist, giving away her $250,000 speaker’s fees to the Clinton family foundation.

The public is on to the foundation scam, which looks like a tax dodge. The Clintons control their foundation, and the public suspects that the chief beneficiaries of the foundation “charity” are named Bill, Hillary and Chelsea.

QATAR DONOR TO CLINTON FOUNDATION/LIBRARY: As Hollywood hotshots protest the Beverly Hills Hotel over its ownership by Brunei's sultan and his embrace of Sharia law, it turns out the Brunei government has financial connections to "The Clinton Foundation."

The tax-exempt, nonprofit Clinton foundation lists Brunei along with Kuwait, Oman and Qatar (new home of the Gitmo Five) as donors that gave between $1 million and $5 million through last year.

The Clinton foundation itself confirmed the 2002 Brunei donation: "The Clinton Foundation's impact would not be possible without the generous support of our donors," the foundation's website reads. Hillary Clinton has served America for decades; in January 1993, she made history as she became the country's first co-president along with her husband, Bill. After her tour in the White House ended, she answered the call from her adopted state of New York and voluntarily gave up a lucrative career trading cattle futures to act as one of only two US senators from that state.

In 2008, after tirelessly devoting herself to helping Barack Obama become America's best president, she looked forward to retiring to a quiet life in a small cottage somewhere. Once again her country called, pleading with her to act as Secretary of State because President Obama, who would've been better than anybody at the job, was simply too busy to do it himself.

After four extremely successful years in the post, Ms. Clinton was on duty at 3 AM in the White House War Room when a call came in, informing her the extreme Tea Party wing of the Libyan Republican Party attacked the U.S. embassy in Benghazi. The date was Sept 11, 2012.

She immediately ordered the U.S. military to parachute her into the compound so she could take command. The Joint Chiefs balked, saying that the embassy was seven thousand miles away and by the time she got there, the attack would be over. "What difference does it make?" she said softly, "Get me there now!" The Chiefs relented. But, as they feared, by the time she arrived it was too late; president Obama's poll numbers were already starting to fall.

Her injuries from Benghazi and her 1996 arrival under sniper fire in Bosnia still give her pain, but the physical scars are not what bother her the most. For, in spite of her decades of selfless service to America, decades in which she never forgot her fellow Americans, she recently revealed the great disappointment in her life: Americans had often forgotten about her.

As she recently revealed to esteemed, accredited, impartial, state-approved TV journalist Diane Sawbucks: "We came out of the White House not only dead broke but in debt." Ms. Clinton went on to reveal the depths of the degradation her family was subjected to, being forced to make speeches for $200,000 a pop and pick up deposit bottles and cans out of the alleys behind expensive hotels (but mostly make speeches for $200,000 a pop) in order to make ends meet.

"It is shocking, simply shocking that America can cast aside its fallen heroes so readily," said another nearly destitute Democrat senator, on his way to promote a documentary movie about the hold right wing billionaires have on the country.

"The Koch Brothers don't care who they hurt!"

"The country wouldn't treat wounded veterans so poorly", said Senator Elizabeth Warren, herself so impoverished she was forced to accept a $525,000 advance for a new book in order to keep vichyssoise and caviar on the table. "But just because a leader is a civilian womyn lawyer, the patriarchy feels it's OK to treat you like dirt!"

The only "good" thing to come out of Hillary's disastrous book tour is the new campaign cry: "Another Clinton administration? Are you nuts."

DUDESTER VIETOR offered up a truly laughable assesment of Hillary''s hellish book tour. “The Secretary enjoyed spending this week talking about 'Hard Choices' and working with President Obama to restore America’s leadership in the world,” he said in an email. “She’ll continue to be relaxed, candid and direct.”

Must be auditioning for a SNL job--producing comical skits.

If her opponent is Bush or Christie, she will be stumbling to 8 yrs in the WH.

Why are you trying to cheer me up? The lessons of the French Revolution seem to have been lost or forgotten, but they may have to be relearned, at a terrible cost and with almost endless collateral damage. Robespierre may have "won" the Revolution, but lost his head in the process, when the "Reign of Terror" came around and summarily defeated its own original purpose.

Once the gloves come off, and the long knives are unsheathed, not much is going to put them back in their scabbards, short of lopping off the heads controlling the hands that hold them.

Why not bring a gun to a knife fight? Oh, that would be - uncivilized.

Democrats are determined to have the records for the first anything politically.
The first black, the first female, the first openly bisexual, the first openly homosexual couple, the first lesbian, muslim, etc...

They have already elected the first black bisexual to the presidency.

Next on their list is the election of a female based solely on the basis of her plumbing. They will manufacture other qualifications for her from thin air as needed - It worked with Obama.

So the downside to Hillary’s stumbling is that there is another liberal female favorite, every bit as worthless as Hillary, waiting in the wings - Lizzy Warren, aka Lieawatha.
